By accessing this website, placing an order, uploading files, or using any of our services, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or our services.
1. Nature of Business
One Click PVC Card is a private printing service provider offering customized PVC card printing, digital products, and related printing accessories.
We are not a government authority and are not affiliated with any government department. We do not issue official government documents and only provide printing services based on customer-submitted content.
2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- All information and files submitted by you are lawful, accurate, and permitted for use
- You will not use our services for illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
3. Customer Responsibility for Files and Data
Customers are solely and entirely responsible for all files, images, documents, text, spellings, names, numbers, dates, layouts, and other content submitted for printing.
We print exactly what the customer uploads and do not verify the legality, correctness, or authenticity of the submitted content.
If incorrect, unclear, low-quality, incomplete, or wrong files or details are provided, the entire responsibility lies with the customer.
4. Printing, Approval, and Finality
- Orders are typically printed within 15 minutes to 24 hours after confirmation
- Printing may begin automatically without manual preview or approval
- Once printing has started, the order becomes final, irreversible, and binding
5. No Refund and No Cancellation After Printing
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products:
- No cancellation, refund, replacement, or modification is possible once printing has started or is completed
- No refund will be provided for errors caused by customer-submitted files or details
- No refund will be provided due to change of mind
6. Digital Products
All digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded, as permitted under applicable Indian laws.
7. Technical Failure Before Printing
If an order cannot be printed due to a technical issue from our side before printing begins:
- The order will be cancelled
- A refund will be issued after deducting a 2% payment processing fee
Refunds are processed within 3 to 10 working days.
8. Delivery and Address Responsibility
Once an order is printed and handed over to the delivery partner, our responsibility is limited to dispatch only.
Delivery timelines provided on the website or by courier partners are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We shall not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Incorrect “Delivered” status shown by the courier
- Non-delivery due to courier partner issues
- Local delivery delays, strikes, weather conditions, or operational issues
- Loss or misplacement by the courier after dispatch
If a courier partner marks an order as “Delivered” but the customer claims non-receipt:
- The matter must be taken up with the courier partner
- We will provide shipment and tracking details as support
- Such cases do not qualify for a refund or replacement
No refund will be provided for delayed delivery once the order has been printed and dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Correct and complete delivery address
- Availability to receive the order
- Coordinating with the courier for delivery issues
If an order is returned due to address issues or customer unavailability, reshipping charges will apply.
9. Intellectual Property and Indemnity
Customers confirm that they own or have legal permission to use all content submitted for printing.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Click PVC Card from any claims, legal notices, penalties, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark misuse
- Illegal or unauthorized use of printed materials
10. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that has already been printed or delivered is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks by submitting:
- Order records
- Delivery proofs
- Policy documents
to banks and payment gateways.
12. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes, claims, legal notices, or proceedings arising out of or relating to the use of this website, services, or orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tinsukia District, Assam, India only.
No other court shall have jurisdiction.
13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block users without prior notice in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, or legal risk.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Abuse, Harassment, Threats, and False Legal Pressure
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse, harassment, threats, defamation, or intimidation of any kind.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Abusive or threatening language via calls, messages, WhatsApp, email, or social media
- False accusations or pressure to obtain refunds
- Threats of police complaints, consumer cases, or legal action without valid grounds
- Defamation or attempts to harm our business reputation
In such cases, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend communication
- Cancel or refuse future services
- Preserve all communication records as legal evidence
- Initiate appropriate civil or criminal legal action under applicable Indian laws
No refunds or concessions will be provided under pressure, threats, or abusive behavior.
