These Return and Refund Policy govern the use of www.dlpvccard.com, operated by ONE CLICK PVC CARD. We specialize in customized, made-to-order PVC card printing and digital products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and our Disclaimer.
Nature of Our Business
Most products sold by One Click PVC Card are custom printed and personalized based on customer-provided files, images, and details. Due to the customized nature of these products, refunds and cancellations are strictly limited.
Order Processing & Printing Time
- Orders are typically printed within 15 minutes to 24 hours after confirmation.
- Once printing has started, the order becomes final and irreversible.
STRICT NO REFUND POLICY AFTER PRINTING
Once any PVC card or customized product is printed, we do NOT provide any refund, cancellation, replacement, or modification under any circumstances. This policy applies to all printed Products.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded files, photos, spellings, names, numbers, dates, layouts, and other details are correct.
- If incorrect, unclear, low-quality, or wrong files/details are provided by the customer, no refund or reprint will be provided after printing.
Customized orders are final once printed. No changes, corrections, refunds, or replacements are possible after printing.
Refunds for Damage or Errors (Our Responsibility Only)
Refunds or free replacements will be provided only if:
- The product is damaged during transit, OR
- A printing error occurs due to our mistake
Conditions:
- Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof
- Complaints after 24 hours will not be accepted
Digital Products – No Refund
All digital products (templates, designs, letterheads, certificates, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
Accessories (Damage-Only Refund)
Physical accessories (ID holders, ribbons, stickers) are eligible for refund or replacement only if received damaged.
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours
- Used or customer-damaged items are not eligible
Technical Issue Refund (Before Printing)
If we are unable to print your order due to a technical issue from our side (such as printer malfunction, system error, or material unavailability), the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
Important:
- A 2% payment processing fee will be deducted from the total paid amount
- The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 10 working days. Delays caused by banks or payment gateways are beyond our control.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that has already been printed or delivered is a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to submit this policy, order proofs, delivery proofs, and customer approvals to banks and payment gateways to contest chargebacks.
Accounts involved in false disputes may be permanently blocked.
